I need stronger painkillers.

My head hurts. I have taken paracetamol, ibuprofen, and am now on codeine, but nothing helps. I may need a pethidine drip. The problem is just when I think I am getting better, some new outrage against Israel hits me like a hammer.

Even by the asylum-worthy standards of international diplomacy against Israel - where up is down and down is up and reality has no place - it has been a week of madness.
